Call for Abstracts
All authors (oral and poster sessions) are requested to submit an extended abstract (2 pages of A4 or A4 or 8”* 11”size) with a short summary via this website in October 1st – December 15th, 2023.
Use the template of the extended abstract on the web. The abstract must be in English. Upload the extended abstract in pdf file on the submission site. The extended abstract includes a short summary, tables, figures, and references. The title of paper, the name(s) and affiliation(s) of author(s), the e-mail address of the corresponding author, and a short summary should be put at the first part of the abstract. The authors must select the field in which the paper is to be accommodated, and the authors’ preference (oral or poster) on the website.
Selection of the papers and the mode of presentation will be made by the Organizing Committee based on the extended abstracts. Notice of the acceptance and mode of presentation will be sent to the corresponding author by February 15, 2024. Time for each oral presentation will be 15 min including the discussion. The speaker can use a PC projector. Time and board size for the poster presentation will be noticed after the acceptance.
